Who owns and operates LipaTix?

LipaTix is an event ticketing platform wholly owned and operated by TheBhub Innovations Limited. LipaTix is a product and platform of TheBhub, not a separate legal entity. TheBhub is responsible for operating the platform and providing its ticketing technology and services.

Event organizers use LipaTix to list events, sell tickets, manage attendees, and track ticket sales. Buyers use it to discover events and securely purchase digital tickets. Event organizers remain responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering their events.

How payments work: For ticket purchases processed through LipaTix using Paystack, the full ticket payment is initially received through TheBhub Innovations Limited's Paystack account. TheBhub subsequently remits the organizer's agreed share of ticket proceeds in accordance with the applicable organizer agreement, after any agreed platform fees and authorized adjustments.

TheBhub remits the organizer's agreed ticket proceeds under the applicable settlement terms, after agreed fees and any authorized adjustments. The dashboard shows payout status and expected timing.
